PR program for Starbucks

I will follow a planned process to influence environmental groups and campaigners.

The steps which will explain the reasons behind the “much use of water” are:

· Set up clear reasons behind the program:

Clear statements of the effectiveness of the program.

· Set up clear and program goals: the goal of the company is: meet health

values, convey clean products and services.

· Interpretation of the policies and practices to the environmental groups and

campaigners.

· Measuring media content as a first step in the PR evaluation:
Conduct Surveys, Focus group, Cyberspace analysis
